1. General Information

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes the personal data we collect about you, how we process it, and the purposes for which we use it, as well as your rights related to your data.

The term "personal data" refers to any information relating to an individual whose identity is established or can be established. Therefore, it concerns any information that can directly determine the identity of an individual or through which the identity of an individual can be determined, such as name, personal identification number, postal address, and email address. Identifying an individual can be direct through the information itself or in connection with any other information in our possession or likely to come into such possession.

EnergoVizija d.o.o. (hereafter referred to as "EV" or "we") acts as a data controller in relation to the processing of personal data of users of its services and visitors (hereafter collectively referred to as "Users") of the website www.energovizija.hr. This means that EV decides on the manner in which this personal data is processed and for what purposes, all in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data (EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).

We respect your privacy and process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. We particularly ensure to collect and further process only those personal data that are necessary in connection with the purposes for which they are processed and that they are not processed in a manner inconsistent with these purposes.

Contacting

If you contact us with your inquiries, the information you provide to us will be processed exclusively for providing the requested information. For the purpose of responding to inquiries, we may process your personal data, including your name and surname, email address, and telephone number. Such processing is based on taking actions at the user's request prior to entering into a contract or on our legitimate interest. Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfil this purpose, but no longer than one year. Personal data necessary for resolving product complaints are kept for 24 months from the date of receipt in accordance with consumer rights regulations. In the event that you, as a user, do not provide the aforementioned personal data such as an email address or telephone number, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry.

2. Data Protection

We process collected personal data with the mandatory application of appropriate legal, technical, and organizational security measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, destruction or damage, misuse, and to prevent any unauthorized or illegal processing of the data. Access to your personal data is limited solely to those employees for whom the information is necessary in providing our services and who have signed an appropriate confidentiality declaration. We continuously educate our employees about the importance of data confidentiality and the preservation of privacy and protection of your data. We collect only those data necessary for the intended processing and do not retain them longer than necessary, as determined by legal regulations.

3. Your Rights

    At any time, you can request information about the processing of your personal data and exercise the following rights:
  • The right to access your data, meaning you can obtain confirmation from us as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and if so, access to such personal data.
  • The right to correction or completion of your personal data to ensure they are always accurate and complete.
  • The right to deletion of personal data if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which EV processes them.
  • The right to restriction of processing of personal data, for example, when you contest the accuracy of personal data, for a period enabling us to verify their accuracy.
  • The right to have your personal data provided to you and, if possible, to have those data directly transferred to another data controller, if applicable.
  • The right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time if processing is based on consent.
  • The right to object to the processing of personal data, if applicable.

    Requests for exercising the above-mentioned rights, complaints, or inquiries related to the processing and protection of personal data can be directed to the email address info@energovizija.hr.

    In accordance with applicable legal regulations governing the protection of personal data, EV will provide the user with information on the actions taken without undue delay, and at the latest within one month of receiving the request. This period may be extended by an additional two months if necessary, considering the complexity and number of requests. When contacting and making these requests, we will make reasonable efforts to confirm your identity and prevent unauthorized processing of personal data.
